Compliance
We screen numbers against the Do Not Call register for every call, apply calling hours per country and play a recording disclosure. See Compliance.
Number lists
Before every call, the number is checked against the Do Not Call register.
Lists are deduplicated and normalised to E.164.
Calling hours
Calls outside 08:00-21:00 local time of the person called are blocked by default.
Recordings
Where required, a recording disclosure is played at the start of the message. Retention period is configurable per customer; 30 days by default.
Caller ID
Only verified numbers are used as caller ID. United States numbers are signed with STIR/SHAKEN A-level attestation via the carrier and registered with freecallerregistry.com and the FCC Robocall Mitigation Database.

Number lists and recordings are stored encrypted. See Privacy.
