What we do
- Press-1 campaigns: a recorded message, the called party presses a digit, the call is transferred straight to an agent.
- Agents take calls in the browser over WebRTC, or from a SIP phone.
- A dedicated DID pool per customer, with CNAM and STIR/SHAKEN attestation.
- Recording, live transcription and call monitoring per call.
- Reporting per campaign: contact rate, call duration, call cost.
Infrastructure
- FreeSWITCH 1.10, Debian, self-managed.
- Trunks: BulkVS (US) and DIDWW (international), IP authentication.
- Everything on our own hardware in the Netherlands.
- ISO 27001 certified. 100% compliance hoster (internet.nl).
